Why choose Presidio for your project?
One Contractor From Demolition to Completion
A complete bathroom remodel involves plumbers, electricians, tile setters, drywallers, painters, glass installers and finish carpenters. Presidio Construction coordinates every phase of your bathroom renovation, giving you one point of contact responsible for the schedule, quality and finished project.
Built Right Behind the Tile
A quality bathroom remodel is about more than new fixtures and finishes. We focus on the construction behind the finished surfaces, including framing, plumbing, electrical, ventilation, shower waterproofing and proper substrate preparation to build bathrooms that perform as well as they look.
Clear Scope, Pricing & Communication
Before construction begins, we establish a clear scope of work and project expectations. Throughout your remodel, we keep you informed about progress, upcoming selections and any existing conditions uncovered during demolition.
Our Work
A Case study: Point Loma Bathroom
Demo Day!
The first step in any bathroom remodel is to open up the walls and see what you have to work with. The project here had old plaster walls which can be tricky to repair once they are opened up.
Finish Work
This is where it all comes together, cabinets, tile , drywall, paint, fixtures etc. This is what the client sees every time they use the space and it is the most detail oriented part of the project. It takes precision and craftsmanship to get the finishes just right. Here, we added some cabinets for storage and a new countertop.
That’s how we got from this
Rough In
Once we have the walls open its time to do the “rough in”, this is where we move items behind the wall to accommodate the new plan for the bathroom. This project needed updated plumbing and electrical work to meet the client’s request and this is the stage where that happens.
