Point Loma Preschool Bathroom
Presidio Construction completed a full remodel of an outdated preschool bathroom at a church in Point Loma. The scope included lowering and replacing counters and sinks to better serve young students, installing new cabinetry, and repainting the space for a fresh, updated look. This project required careful coordination and an accelerated schedule to ensure completion while school was closed for the holidays. The project was delivered on time and on budget.
Prior Experience
Conejo Gateway Shopping Center-CA
Ground-up, 10,000 SF childcare facility with coordination of tenant-specific vendors for custom millwork, playground equipment, and branded signage. Work ran concurrently with construction of a new drive-thru shell on the same site, requiring disciplined logistics, phased scheduling, and delivery coordination within an active shopping center.
The Kitchen Terminal
Renovation of an existing structure and site to support three commercial kitchens and overnight parking for food trucks. Site improvements included a dedicated truck wash and 23 parking spaces equipped with water and power hookups for local food truck operators.
Goleta USD – Modular Classroom Pad & Installation
Prepared building pads and installed new modular classrooms on an existing soccer field, requiring significant subgrade modification to support the structures. The project was delivered under DSA oversight, adding additional coordination and compliance requirements.
Metal Building Conversion – Commercial Space & Sales Floor
Refurbished an existing metal building into a modern commercial space anchored by a high-finish sales floor requiring precise alignment of all finishes. The project also incorporated strict security requirements tailored to the tenant’s operational needs.
